  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The original invoice or receipt must be provided
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products that have been opened and used
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Items specifically marked as "Non-Refundable" on the product page
  • Products without original packaging or tags

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiate Return: To initiate a return and refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via:

4.2 Return Authorization: Once you contact us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please do not return products without obtaining an RA number.

4.3 Packing for Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the original invoice and the RA number inside the package.

4.4 Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

5. Refund Processing

We have 7 Day return refund and replacement policy

Refund if processed will be credited in bank account within 3-5 business days

5.1 Inspection: Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 2-3 business days.

5.2 Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5.3 Refund Methods:

  • UPI Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original UPI account
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque, depending on the payment details provided
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used

6. Refund Amount

6.1 Full Refund: If the product is eligible for a full refund, you will receive the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

6.2 Partial Refund: In certain cases, such as when the product is returned in a used condition or missing accessories, a partial refund may be issued based on the product's condition.

6.3 Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind).

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement product (subject to availability)
  • Or provide a full refund including shipping costs
  • Cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products

Please provide photos of the defective product when contacting us for faster processing.

  • Product Inspection: 2-3 business days after receipt
  • Refund Processing: 7-14 business days after approval

9. Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order before it is shipped:

  • A full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
